NOVA Awards

The premier awards banquet recognizing excellence in the multi family housing industy in central Oklahoma. The NOVA awards was created to recognize our outstanding members for their professionalism, hard work and contributions to the rental housing industry. Nominations are submitted and then judged by an unbiased panel of judges each year. 

AACO Golf Open

AACO's annual Golf Open allows members the chance to network while spending a relaxing day outside of the office. With a shotgun start, teams of four follow the best ball format, designed for all levels of golfers. 

The AACO Golf Open event includes 18 holes of golf, prizes, breakfast and lunch and so much more.

AACO Trade Show

 The Trade Show occurs every year. Only Supplier Members of AACO may exhibit in the  Trade Show.  

Anyone who owns or manages rental housing, or works for an apartment community is welcome to attend the trade show for free. Vendors must be an exhibitor in order to attend the trade show.
